At Music & Merch, we want you to love your gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are protected and apparel tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
